need a mod where a snail is always, constantly, working to reach the player. if it does then the save is deleted and the run is over. the player never knows where the snail may be, but the snail is always a looming threat

Could be the courier but really really small and quite slow. Can’t fast travel/spawn in when the player moves like regular couriers. So if Joov goes from Whiterun to Solitude (and the courier happens to be in Whiterun) the courier remains in Whiterun and slowly travels to Solitude. Joov could have to complete tasks around Skyrim whilst this is going on so he never knows where he is. Could be some silly subtle hints and noises when he’s close or something lol. If the courier catches you you're a goner and have to restart from scratch. The courier could have a random counter or the player could trigger something that causes the courier to gain speed, but the player doesn't know what those things actually are.

Damn, it actually makes sense. Solitude = Singleness; Divorce = Rift(en). Fun fact: In Norway, the suffix -en in masculine nouns turns the word definite. So, to us, Riften would simply mean The Rift, which, incidentally, is the name of the holde in which Riften is the capital city.

40:00 For those curious, the Light Armor level he received is from the mod "Amazing Follower Tweaks". When combat ends, there's a chance for it to proc and you learn something random from your followers. There's a way to turn it off but I forget how.

couldn't it also be just gained XP from the first perk of light armour in the Ordinator perks? I've had this happen to me a lot with the first perks for armours

@@Eliphaser nope, you can see the aft output in the upper left when it happens. Head to the mod page and you'll see it as a listed feature iirc. It's one of those things that kinda got buried under the rest of the mod, and most just put up with it. I believe it's possible to disable it though. Edit: a good way to tell is that the aft synergy points are always awarded directly after the end of combat, and it's always a full level regardless of current exp.

On the subject of one punch man, I have managed to build a Khajit, level 40+, using ordinator perks, who one punches Dragons, Dwarven Centurians, and Giants (including the frost giants in Forgotten Vale) on adept difficulty. I've already finished the main quest with this guy, but I'd guess he could probably one-punch Alduin. I used the light armor perk tree, there are a lot of sympathetic perks in that tree.
