I have borrowed a friends amp for a couple of days the Diezel d-moll based on a DIEZEL Herbert to me this amp seems very much like a Dual Rectifier.
Huge thanks to Mark Thirkill for loaning me the Diezel

I think you have some ringing in your trem springs, stings above the nut, or maybe even your pickup springs. I had some issues like this with my Wolfgangs. They have that string retention bar above the nut, so more than likely its the trem springs. If the pickups are direct mount with no springs, maybe they're not the issue. It's easier to tell if it's going on when you do double hand string muting... The bell sound that sustains. It messes with noise gates too. I have a video about it.

Christian Noir yes it’s ok it’s because I have the backplate off the guitar that’s all,I’ve just changed string gauges so there’s more tension 👍

@@NinecoreNeil It will ring through even with the backplate on, as it goes through the guitar's electrical output too. This seems like a subtle issue, but it also interferes with noise gates. Basically, the bell sound makes the noise gate stay open for longer than it's supposed to, forcing you to turn the noise gate up higher than you need to for rhythms/palm muting, which will then choke a solo/single note earlier than its supposed to. Even pickup springs can cause this. A BC Rich was driving me mad for the longest time. I muted everything you'd typically mute on it, and then discovered it was the pickup springs. 😂 Every noisegste instruction manual should have a troubleshooting section dedicated strictly to this. Every modern, manufactured guitar should come with all manner of muting pre-installed. People try to say it's a technique issue, but the technique isn't that difficult, so I pin it more on a guitar setup issue. I think I saw a Decimator up there.. Which is why I'm going in depth with this. It doesn't usually bother more classic rockers, but it does in the modern metal world of high gain that demands tightness and precision.. And noisegates.

@@NinecoreNeil kzbin.info/www/bejne/m2aWZY2gospnn6s In this video, I demonstrate the noise on a fixed bridge guitar.. But it happens to trem springs on floyd guitars, even if blocked or flat like the Wolfgangs, and on either type of guitar, it can also be caused by pickup springs. Once you really know the sound, you can tell if it's happening to the pickup springs after muting everything else.

@@NinecoreNeil kzbin.info/www/bejne/p4WpfqOnntFmhNU Here A is a video of the BC Rich, but I don't actually demo the issue... I just explain it and show how to fix it.

Sounds like a hot rodded marshall amp

I used to own one of these. What can I say. It was a love/hate relationship. To me it always felt like it lacked character but most of all that loose boomy response on my picking (and I really dig in with my pick) just made it tiresome to play. Also I found the amp to be somewhat "picky" with guitar cabinets. Bought a Triple Recto multiwatt after that...problems solved.

Agree with everything you said there was really hard work to play

The amp is very versatile. You could have it with immediate and tight response but you need to have the proper settings + a good boost pedal :) One thing which I notice most people on youtube don’t care about is the master volume. When switched on it changes the amp quite a bit :)

Agree. I have a BFG modified Dual Rec and I get your comparison. I won't spend the money on a Diezel
