Im 35 years old graduated highschool no problem went to community college got my AA in liberal arts and i still couldn’t wrap my head around this video to save my life. Where is the consistency where is the pattern to follow. Makes zero sense to me.😢 And im honestly trying to learn the difference between and Atom and an Ion. Im more confused now then I was before I watched the video. Im a keep trying to learn. But I just dont understand why we cant say atoms can be transformed into an Ion by changing its overall charge to a negative. I dont think thats right either but thats where my minds stuck😂

Thanks for this informational video, really simple to understand and extremely helpful, you're really underrated!

No problem, glad it helped! I suppose it is better to be underrated than overrated. 😁

Sir Please make me clear on one thing .....What is meant by that atoms can be independent or not independent and ions cannot exist independently.
@0aashxx69 Жыл бұрын
because atom is neutral and ions are not neutral it always gains +ve or negative charge

Does this mean that Atoms combine to form molecules in which each atom(of molecule) becomes ion?
@0aashxx69 Жыл бұрын
no because there is no electron transfer between the formation of molecules its combining not accepting or sharing electrons
