Your video is good. Floating neutral is called neutral shifting be cause of unbalanced load. Same thing is applied in generators or alternator. Grounding in aviation, motor car or electronics equipment is different where system is working on DC. Here grounding I'd done to minimise the stray voltage.

Idk but in Canada, we send two phase and neutral to home supply. So you can connect 240V(for electric stove and refrigerator)and 120V to Neutral(for lighting, fans, plugs etc). We ground all the metal equipments attached to electrical equipments to prevent ground faults to create same potential between all the metal equipments

Sir if we take supply from phase and neutral as per general terms from transformer,losses occurred less in equipment and equipment work properly but if we take supply (phase) and connect to home earthing for any equipment then in that case equipment works but losses may occur more. Is it true or false.as in one case we can used neutral from transformer end and in another case directly connect to ground. Equipment may get heat up. What is your take.

Vaise to earthing ko kisi bhi upkaran ki body ko diya jaata hai. Jis se ki hamare sarir ko current na lage. Sir ji kya aisa ho sakta hai ki ghar ki light se hamare ghar ke kisi bhi mamber ko current na lage. Mere pass ek farmula hai kisi ko bhi current nhi lagega. S. Kumar. Delhi.

Because in winters we have high load comparative to other seasons. Now, If you are far from transformer resistance increases hence voltage drop Use step up transformer to solve the issue
