मेडम, 1996 में Bar Council Of Gujarat से enrollment करवाया था, कुछ वक्त गुजरात में prectice करने के बाद मुझे किसी कारण से गुजरात छोड़ना पड़ा। अब मैं Retired हूँ। अब पुन: prectice करना चहता हूं अब मुझे क्या करना होगा।

Yes u can file vakalatnama with your name but usse state me jisme apane apna enrollment kraya hai
