Glad it was helpful! Again, sort of same concept. Business suite is the simplified version. Creator studio would be the IN DEPTH options for managing social creatives! Suite is easier to use but studio will have more features.

The business "manager" is where the marketing takes place and the business "suite" is where you create the general content of fb/ig page? Is is something like that?

Hi, it is a great video 😊. I have been using Facebook Business Suite for a while and I am constantly overlooking or missing some of the Facebook and IG comments especially when they are not as a direct response to a post but in the thread. I always open a “Newest” instead of “Most relevant” and I got a few newest. But whenever I scroll down, I can see many more responses which didn’t appear as the newest ones. Do I miss something? Or do you have a better idea of how I can see all the new responses in one place? Thanks 👍

Nice Video. I want to see ads and campaigns created by an agency to a company page. Should I add the page or I need to get the Ad account number to see the ads they did?

If it's just the ads, you will need to be added to the ad account, and Facebook & Instagram page in order to see the creatives (otherwise it'll give you an error) I'd recommend BM > Users > people > add the email > then choose the assets to add them to. You can request access, but I find it's easier when the owner gives you the access from their end.

I'm more versed in copywriting & web design, but recently started a position at a non-profit managing all marketing platforms. I was added to our Meta Business Suite, but can't figure out who owns Meta Business Manager (and don't have access to that either)! Because of this, I can't confirm the connection to our Instagram account and schedule posts. Has anyone else had this issue, or any possible tips on finding a resolution?

If you have admin access to suite, should also have access to business manager. Who is the admin of the suite.. and if they switch to business manager (bottom left corner, press "help") do they see the business manager? and, inside suite, if you press "more settings" it should bring you to business manager.

Quick question, how risky it is if an agent requested admin access on your business manager? Is it possible for them to take ownership of the pages? I’ve been receiving ads proposals lately so I’m scared of adding them since they wanna be admin

Never add an untrusted person to your business manager as admin. You can read the roles and what they get access from Facebook. When we do audits, we ask that the client adds us in as a partner using our business manager ID, then all we need is "view" access to the Ad account, and Facebook page. This is done via business manager.

Why do you have so many pages? Not too sure of your strategy, but are you advertising with any of these pages? Are they linked in any way to one another? You will only be able to create 1 BM if you are new to FB.

Go to your regular facebook page. On the left-hand side you should see "business suite". That's how you can get there!

They will need to add you, you cannot take it back without their permission. If you still have admin access you can remove them also!

Who has access now? Can you remove them or you have been removed? What business manager owns that page, can you access that business manager still? DO you have access at all? If you can, remove them.

I have a business manager account & trying to claim my FB & instagram pages but it says I don't have permission/access even though I am an admin on these pages. It also says I only have access via an agency? But I don't know what that means? I've watched several videos (including yours) which does clear up the confusion between Business Suite and Manager, but I can't find an answer anywhere as to whether you can have several FB/IG Business pages, under just one Business Manager? We have different FB biz pages, because we run different ecommerce sites, so they all need their own page. Hey! You should have only ONE business per business manager. Create a new bm and move the assets into their OWN business manager. It will help in the long run for the organization, but also if one ad account gets disabled, it won't be associated with the other because it will have it's, own business manager.

No he would not. Facebook is based on users, not credentials. Instagram is based on credentials, but will ONLY have access to the page you provide a username and password for! Would not be able to access your personal.

No! They are still separate. suite is really to manage the front end of FB and Insta pages.. business manager is the back end of things. Run your ads from ads manager.

Bottom left corner, press "give feedback" then "switch to business manager". If you go back to the old view and want to go to business suite, you can access it with the left sidebar on your Facebook page!

The layout of my business manager settings is beginning to look like the same layout of business suite.... any settings within business suite, brings you to business manager... so I'm starting to see some big changes being made but not completely together. I actually don't think they will be ONE, but they will be much more closely intertwined.
