Difference between mild, moderate and severe concussions

I once had a mild concussion. When I was 10 (I'm 13 now), back when I went to daycare (which I hated), I was running around on the large wooden balcony outside, tripped, for some reason I stupidly failed to catch my fall, and fell nose first. Blood was pouring from my nose. It actually damn near knocked me unconscious, because I felt very tired a few minutes after impact. Nearly broke my nose. Upon impact I could feel the shock go from my nose, all the way through my skull. Surprisingly, it was just a mild concussion. Shorter way to describe it: I basically faceplanted.

I had a concussion with no LOC, but that was was 14 weeks ago, I'm still symptomatic but I'm having some good improvements. I guess a had a severe concussion but I didn't realize until now.

been struggling for years with little to no answers. neurologists just want me on pain medication and i dont wanna go down that route. any suggestions to help alleviate the headaches and severe depression that has come from this?

Don’t drink alcohol and take fish oil. Fish oil was proven to help the brain

Thanks I just fell of my roof but I landed on concrete and my head doesn’t hurt only my shoulders and back so I’m fine right??

2 years ago i hit my head on a pole while snowboarding, i don’t remember anything from that week, the doctors told me i was repeating “where is my phone” for 2 hours. that’s the only the i was saying, but honestly i just feel slow in the head now tbh😂

This is making me believe I have a severe concussion, which would a lot of sense all things considered, maybe I should talk to my doctor
