Null hypothesis is that hypothesis which is set by researcher through the findings of exploratory research or through literature review. It depends on the findings of previous researches. It is not always true that a null hypothesis should have statement containing no significant difference.

Yes you r right. Only null hypothesis are testable, that's why be mention only null hypothesis in starting. but nowadays trend has changed in some research, researcher write alternative hypothesis in starting, but still only we can test the null hypothesis.
