Humari teacher ne to bataya osmosis means lower concentrations to higher concentrations aur diffusion means higher concentration to lower concentration

Osmosis and diffusion both are passive type of transport in which substance move from higher to lower concentration but difference is..in osmosis semipermeable member is present and it is limited only for liquid medium...Watch full video carefully your all doubts will be clear

Don't be confused, this video is correct, please watch carefully. Osmosis and diffusion are types of passive transformation hence in both case transformation takes place from higher to lower. But in case of osmosis semipermeable membrane is required and it is only for water and for diffusion liquid and gas transport form higher to lower but semipermeable membrane is not required.
