I've done Pancha Bhuta Kriya with an app called Himalayan Meditation, is an app made by sadhus from Himalaya I dont know if you know this app. Pancha Bhuta kriya is very powerfull!!

Only pancha bhuta kriya is there anna for 1 day program. For 3 day there is a cleansing of elements by Sadhguru but dont know exactly which process it is 😅
