LLP company Maine start kar di hai. LLP COMPANY ke liye mera budget 50 thousand hai lekin mujhe our money ki requirement hai MINIMUM 1LAC kya mujhe government scheme se startup loan mil jayega? Mera yah naya aur pahala startup hai. Maine isase pahale koi business nahi kiya, nahi mera koi turnover hai. Kya mujhe sirf company registration, company incorporate karne par loan mil sakta hai government scheme ke through. Please,,,,,,,,,,,please replay sir.

Ek querry haii meri.. Maii ek real state partnership firm banana chahta hu.. aur usme main partner sirf 2 -3 log honge.. BUT MAIN problem is... Mjhe 6-7 logo ka paisa lagawana haii but unhe authority nhii dena chahta hu..sirf unke paise ki liability lena dena rahe.. Like maine registry ham 2 partner hi karein.. Baaki 6-7 logo ka role sirf profit se ho.. Kyaa ye possible haii like sleeping partner etc??

Registrar of Firms is a Act , how can you say data is not is visible ? Firm can buy property and clause is there for amendment if partner permanently retires . Why LLP over Partnership, justification is not proper .

data is not available means. publicly data is not available. just like LLP or Pvt ltd company you can verify through MCA Site & downoad pnl or balance sheet etc. but in partnership its not possible
