1. Subscription of names by two or more persons. 2. Filing of Documents with ROC with prescribed fees 3. Compliance statement made by advocate/CS/ CA/ CWA and by any one of subscribers. 4. Documents containing - Name , proposed business, address of LLP , name and adress of each of the partners and designated partners ; other prescribed information. 5 . Issue of incorporation certificate by ROC within 14 days .

Registrar of Firms is a Act , how can you say data is not is visible ? Firm can buy property and clause is there for amendment if partner permanently retires . Why LLP over Partnership, justification is not proper .

data is not available means. publicly data is not available. just like LLP or Pvt ltd company you can verify through MCA Site & downoad pnl or balance sheet etc. but in partnership its not possible
