Yes, it's Single Window and provide good guidelines to everyone. But major problem is delayed payments after performing "Service Providers" "Trader's or Merchandisers" "Manufacturing" Big clients suck the blood of small entrepreneur. Why not GST support for delayed payments. Who is responsible for delayed payments

Sir ek question hai .. Ek person proprietor firm chala rha hai .. Ab wo kisiko partner banana chahta hai .. Jo naya partner hai usne 15 lakh rupee invest kiye hai .. Court paper me Partnership deed bana li hai .. Aur usme sab kuch 1:1 ratio me sab kuch divide karna likha hai .. abhi tak partnership GST registration number nahi liya ..to kya sir, aaj kuch dispute ho jaye to .. 1:1 me sab kuch mil jayega ..
