I want to thank you so much. I’m a dyslexic pre-licensure and have failed the real estate exam twice. The passing score for the license is a 75%. First time I got a 71 and I literally took the test yesterday and got a 74. so confused on primary and secondary market and just could not get the concept of it. The course material would basically teach me if I had already knew what it was. Now I’m confident that I’m gonna get that 75. I want to score a lot higher than 75 though.

question is pa a good market to do real estate in? there homes are below national average for price though im in the pittsburgh area which is quiet good, just wanted to know your thoughts on it
@USRealtyTraining4 жыл бұрын
Hey, Joshua. Thanks for asking. You should contact a real estate agent in your area to pick their brain about the market. As a California school, we have a good pulse on markets in this state. But, if the homes are below national average price, then it could be a good market for buyers looking to move to the area. No matter where you go, there's always a need for real estate agents because people are always buying and selling. Market depending, it comes down to who you represent. If you are looking for the biggest bang for your buck, then I would recommend moving to an area with high property value homes. Hope that helps! Thanks for watching!
