PT5000 Do has a ball bearing mounted rotor weight. HK originals are correctly marked under the hairspring. It is a competitive movement COSC capable. Endurance is yet to be confirmed but there is no reason to have a short service period. The only question is QC assurance between final factory assembly and mounting/regulation by intermediate brands who usually work under questionable labor facilities and hand work.

If you can afford it, I would say go for the SW200... If you don't want to spend as much go for the PT5000... You would be ok I believe either way in a San Martin... Be careful with other watch brands though... Not all PT5000 are exactly the same...

I have a watch from addiesdive with pt5000 and it keeps very good time. I can’t complain
