Air pressure, Type of fuel, Quality of Engine oil, Weight of the person, Due to Automatic Gear box, Acceleration style, How much kilometer another vehicle travelled, Old vs new or vice versa etc are responsible for different mileage.

Surely you can replace and you can find the tyres in showroom or online or can talk ingarage so that they can available the tyres for you. You can visit any other showroom to solve your query.
