So can i use Lan port of my secondary rounter to connect other devices? Basically i want to use the LAN port of my extended router can i do that? And i extended in router mode not in AP mode. Ethernet connected in WAN port.

Yes you can use it, but for that You have to use your secondary Router in AP mode only Either wired or wireless… and you have to disable DHCP server ( this is very important part) Then you can use your secondary Router either wireless or through LAN Thanks And don’t forget to subscribe 🥰🙏

If modem is with isp's than how do the signal is transmitted as signal is received in analogue form being converted to digital which is understood by computer by modem if modem is with isp than how it is converted using router only

That doesn’t matter if the modem is with you or with your ISP Modem works in the same way only. Router only routes the signals to the specific device, it doesn’t modulate or demodulate the singal. I hope it is understood.😊🥰

Very well explained. I use a Tp link Archer C2 V2 router. However due to multiple floors the signal is weak at different places. Kindly recommend an access point to solve this issue. I can hardwire the router and access point. I don't mind buying another router which can be used as an access point.

sorry to say but you are not clear between router n AP ........ AP is a simple hardware that convert Wired Local Area Network into Wireless .... to manage wireless clients with same network ... but a router with WAN port can do same .... only difference is router have own firewall routing manage software that can convert wired network into wireless same as AP but with own Sub Network or new IP series different from WAN .... like AP use wired connection IP and router can create new connection from same network.......or also can create Virtual Lan from same network... or router also used to isolate main network from 3rd party wireless or wired clients ....

Nice info! Our house is around 2300 sq ft. The router provided by Airtel with 200 mbps plan provides decent enough coverage at ground floor. I have a LAN cable already in place from ground to first floor. QUESTION For first floor, if I connect with LAN cable, which is recommended for good speed & range - AX53 (3000mbps) at Rs 5000 or single piece of any Mesh router like X20 (1800mbps) at Rs 5000.
