What is your opinion on a married couple with two young children, and a substantial term life insurance policy for each? If the unthinkable happened to both parents, would a trust no doubt be the best option? I cant imagine a young child/adult receiving that amount of money at once. Any other advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

This old ancestor client elder grantor grandparent says. Since 40 Howard Hugh’s wills popped up and a greedy sibling changed our Trust costing a million dollars in attorney fees in Probate Trust Litigation neither one. Next time around we’re getting the Traditional Family Lawyers Prebate Probate Nickel or Dime solution to DIY Litigation Quarter.

@@shayingles6906this old man says since it’s only paper get a Team of Tradition Family Lawyers and Allied Legal Professionals to watch over your kids with a guardianship Sub Trust with a forgery Proof NICER Permission Ledger Validation Certification Trust. So a greedy trustee doesn’t steal it and put them on the street. Like a greedy sibling did to us changing their easy to forge Trust and Will.
