If you take glucosamine sulfate it can help with evening height. I used to be 5’11 1/8th without but now I’m 5’11 3/8ths on most days

I’m weak 5’10, which is 5’9 3/4. Or 177 cm. That’s a nice height to me😃

Im a very strong 5'11, Im 5'11 3/4 in the morning and shrink down to 5'11 on the dot. but i claim 5'11. or 180cm. I also like my height i am 183cm in shoes which is 6'0
