Not many celebrities share their vulnerabilities and struggles with their fans the way you do, if they do, they often have a hidden agenda!. I think you are an honest man and different from them. I can feel the authenticity of your words even from your voice, body language and facial expressions. I get the impression that you are helping yourself through sharing and helping others. Thank you.

Love this sharing of personal progress. You do help more people than you know. Concur re change of place. Learned years ago not to go on vacation, for example, to solve a problem. I have to have my mind and attitude corrected before I leave to avoid ruining the first few days with the problem. Wasted time. If I arrive clear headed, the change works. Otherwise I return to the daily grind exhausted and unhappy. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, @ChrisCuomo. Very encouraging to many. Until next time, then.😃

Good morning Chris ☕️! The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new “ life is too short.Grudges are a waste of perfect happiness. Laughe when you can, apologize when you should and let go of what you can’t change.

Got it Chris. . .”Wherever you go, there you are!” A different location won’t change your habits or bad choices. No matter what kind of day I’ve had I always wake up and thank God for the morning. “Joy cometh in the morning.” And even if it doesn’t, I know that it will be on time. Today you inspired me to get off that couch and do my workout. Small victories. Thanks for sharing your thoughts! 😊🧠🍡

Chris. I’m aggravated. As a child, I was always calm, quiet and shy but I’m an adult now. And I’m really but really trying to brake this horrible BUT horrible habit. It’s incredible difficult to connect to people if we are not talking about business. Aggravating is an understatement!!!

I am loving Chris more and more, he is such an inspiration to so many people, myself included, wanting to inspire them to do better and I mostly certainly can use all the inspiration I can get cause there's so much going on (severe depression/anxiety, coping with losing BOTH of my parents, haunted by memories of being bullied growing up), I sometimes feel like the walls are closing in on me. I said this before, Chris' voice is so calming, soothing & relaxing to listen to (especially with his "Walk and Talk" videos), he should consider experimenting ASMR videos, they bring so much calmness & comfort to people who are struggling with different issues

Chris, I think that one needs to enjoy the life that one creates. One is blessed when one embraces ones beauty. The Earth is an amazing space. Please people, do not focus of all of the bullshit that the media manifests, this is their garbage that they spew upon society! Focus on the beauty that you create.

It's not so much the place only, that can provide us with a new perspective and inspiration, but the people and the culture (and climate!) in that place, that indeed can both confirm or change how we behave according to how we become treated differently. The best travel I know is alone. You get to meet new people much easier (you must) and you get to know yourself deeper. But it takes a different language (or at least dialect) and country. Just like with different music we become affected by different dialects and their inherent melodies 😊

I grew up on mixed signals. I was a breach baby. Something my Mother who tried to drown me at the ripe old age of 2. never let me forget. My mother was a battered woman. So you might think my Dad was a brutal bastard. You would be right. When I was 4 my Dad ran away to Germany, and left us to starve. Mom wanted to give us away . Im no puppy! My Grandparents took us and her in. So although Grandma and Grandpa were wonderful Mom was all about psychological torture. This was most of my childhood. My big break came when I got beat up after being threatened with my life should I get in another fight. These fights were all figments of my mothers imagination. I got the shit beat out of me. Luckily Mom tried taking me to a psychiatrist. The psychiatrist saw who had the problem. I got to go to Military school where I flourished. Do you get the impression that I had a very confusing childhood. At 6years old I decided I needed to figure out what in this world was going on!
@kurtbogle2973
@kurtbogle2973 Жыл бұрын
In military school I learned to be a patriot, and I also heard the familiar saying . Don't join the military now. It aint what it used to be! I grew up wanting to have some value, or I wanted to understand why I didn't have any value. I had lost any faith in Christianity. After all I figured out in the first grade was a sham. In the morning we studied the 10 commandments. Though shall not kill being one of these. In the afternoon we sang from the Hymnal, ONWARD CHRISTIAN SOLDIERS! I saw the contradiction then. I fast forward, now Im 54. I'm starting to think that our existence must be a happy accident. Them I heard from the Universe! I was setting against a Oak tree with my cross bow Deer hunting. I wasn't thinking about anything spiritual only hunting. I remembered something I was told by a friend who was in special forces that the best way to camouflage yourself is to imagine yourself as a part of the background. So I imagined myself as a above ground root on that tree. Then I sat there with s blank mind looking for Deer. Then I realizes why the Universe is expanding. Next I understood the situation wuth himanity. I just kept realizing answers to the questions I have had all.my life that I thought were unanswerable. I learned the History of Rome this way. I learned who I was almost 2000 years ago. I learned about the Turtle Island Indigenous! I lesrned that spirituality they are the only truly connected to the Universe people left! I learned somewhat later that my mission is to open the eyes of Humanity to the truth. I found this somewhat daunting at first. Then I realized the truth. Humanity is at the crossroads of life or death. We keep bombing this planet as if we didn't know that the crust of this planet is only one percent of the planet and the rest is molten rock. Yet because capitalism robs everyone with war after war and because it's the most profitable form of criminality on this planet we continue with the destruction of our life support system! We can continue down this path to our own extinction. Or we can stop this insanity by a global revolt agsinst money at exactly the same time everywhere. Then we can make a government that needs no financial sector. So no one can use money to pervert our existence again. That's the choise! CHOOSE WISELY!

Hey Chris i’m glad you’re doing these Cuomo on the couch episodes. Your modesty is very inspiring. I was wondering what would you recommend for losing about 20 lbs in the next couple months? Do you have any particular HIIT routines that you do? I’ve done some but want something different. Hope you keep up these podcasts. Take care of yourself

That vacation would be equal to those who get drunk/ Get High to be away from where they are. Back the last two would face the escenario they got away from plus hung over and addiction. When you spoke about LIFE, for those who speak or like Italian music, there is an old song that says “AMO LA VITA piu’ che Mai appartiene sólo a me, voglio viverla SOLO per questo”❤️ Gianni Morandi - “Scende la Pioggia” Sometimes, due to live in certain countries- having children no one above you (Father/ Mother) anymore - having lived before overseas, one person wants to take them From That country thinking in the middle term For giving the opportunity to have a better quality of life. And it’s RATIONAL- DEEPLY thought - Analyzed - That’s another kind of the decision. Be always well best journalist of 🇺🇸 CHRIS CUOMO 🇺🇸

Chris, geological escape is sometimes nessary especially when people are trying to kill you. This makes the struggle very real. So what do I do to the plotters of my death. I forgive them ! Boy,oh boy does that destroy them! The power of forgiveness, means that I seek no vengeance! So now the weight of the entire Universe is upon them They destroy themselves! I didn't have to do anything. So when you hear about the power of forgiveness. This is what they speak of.
