I am currently in Finland on seasonal job, however, i will return to my home country after until next season again...with seasonal work, you cannot wait until your job ends to apply for other jobs to stay in Finland, you have to apply before...the job you are applying for "must" start closely to your ending contract, there must not be a gap(like 1 month) before starting your new seasonal job...

Where in Finland are you working seasonally? In Lapland, or in Southern Finland? There are also seasonal jobs available in the Åland Islands.

You "MUST' not pay any agency for jobs in Finland... it's against their law...The employer already pay them to seek workers for them.

There is no need nor process to change permits into each other. Different Visa and Residence Permit types are two very different permit categories for different purposes from different Finnish national agencies.

Having a visa has nothing to do with applying to courses. Visa is a perm to enter the country and to stay for some reason. It has nothing to do with educational activities. You need a passport or other ID document to show your identity for applications. If your course doesn't take longer than 90 days, a Schengen visa is a suitable permit for staying that long.

If France has given a visa, then France is also responsible for processing the asylum application. Finland will not process it and the applicant will be sent back to France.
