Different RR boost pad sound?

Is it weird that i like it? Reminds me of a light saber sound when activated, doubt it’s a new sound, yet wouldn’t be surprised if epic eventually added sounds to buy in the shop.

Boost pad sounds in the item shop is crazy 😭 I do like the sound too lol. Makes me wish different maps had different boost pad sounds and checkpoint styles to match the map theme

@ exactly and the how some custom maps have them different colors, but nah, not just boost pads. Wouldn’t make them enough money, overall sound design for anything like shooting and etc would be crazy. Idk since i play console yet sure enough there’s mods for that.

No clue, Im wondering the same thing! It went away after my next attempt but then came back like 10 races later in a ranked race

I understand, by the way, something similar happened to me, but in my case, it was with the octane sound in ranked. The sound completely changed and became really loud lol
