I use this method and I also send clients home with a small sample size of a hydrating moisturizer and have them get some cotton socks with grip at the bottom. I also finish off the treatment with a gentle cleanser and a soft brush to get every bit of the callus softener off. It’s such a nice treatment. 😊

Is this file safe to you use for 'at home' pedicures? Or is it too sharp?

It is safe for at home use, but you'd need a safe callus softener to use with it. I always recommend this file for home use: amzn.to/3wBR2Sv
