Excellent video. There are pure SS Hinges from Hettich which are recommended for Wet areas in kitchen. They do not rust when in contact with water.

Which company HDHMR and Acrylic do u use?

Thanks for your query! 1. Acrylic: There is no acrylic manufacturer in India yet. The traders import, and lam acrylic board manufacturers also import & process on MDF, HDF, and HDHMR. The country of ORIGIN can be Austria, Turkey, China, Korea & more. There are two types of acrylic A. Unicolor which is normally 1mm & 2. ⁠B. Transparent backed by paper to give that color or design. The Indian manufacturer is laminating that paper, to the best of my knowledge. The HDHMR should have the proper density & right glue to make it ( High moisture Resistant). We use Action Tessa, Cross Bond, Adler

Writting from Kolkata...we are also planning for interior designing of our flat.In quotation I can only see prelam BWR ply,HDF and BWP ...are these materials good to go or do we need to ask our interiors to use different materials??? Quality is our most priority.please reply

Thanks for your query Mr. Das. Before we answer your question, please let us know if the house you are going for Interiors is independent Floor or a FLAT? There is no Pre laminated plywood. Plywood are post-laminated & post-lamination can be on any base material. Once the plywood or HDF is laminated & properly edge bending is done, there is no possibility of moisture affecting the surface.

Hello Mr. Manav. It will be difficult to make an average price of a kitchen. Manufacturing cost + overhead are almost constant but the material cost + hardware & accessories cost are way different. In a kitchen the carcass cost may be INR 120000, shutters cost may vary from 35000-45000,-75000. Similarly the hardware & accessories may go from 18000- 90000. We can be specific for a well designed kitchen & work out the different cost & then only we can know what may be the different cost/ sq. Ft.
