Great question. If you go back to the 17 minute mark, it is explained that since dy/dt is k multiplied by y and since we know y from part a, you just need to multiply the answer to part a by the value of k that was found.

I’d follow standard rounding rules, but if in doubt about what your instructor wants, ask them.
