I just used this video to verify my differentiations. d/dx cosh(u) = sinh(u) du/dx Substitute u = ax: d/dx cosh(ax) = a sinh(ax)

So differential of sinh5x would be 5cosh5x ? all you have to do is bring the 5 to the front and change sinh to cosh? Is this the same with normal sin and cos?

That is correct. It is not the same though for sin and cos.

for sin and cos you do the same thing except when you swap from cos to sin you also swap the sign

wait.... I thought (4x³)² is equal to 16x⁵ since you just need to add the exponents.
