Thanks for reacting to them! Their name is pronounced C-I-X, by the way. You say each letter. You said you would pay for a miniseries of this and they did sort of make a miniseries as teasers for their last album. Their storyline is that they committed "sins" in their lives (which can be seen in their story films series Hello Strange Place) and they're being punished in hell in Jungle. They're in the different circles of hell based on Dante's Divine Comedy, specifically the first book Inferno. The quote in the beginning of the video (where the member emerges from the gold) is the first line of Inferno. I hope you can check the story films out too and their last comeback Numb if you haven't! Trigger warnings for the story films though! It deals with self-harm, bullying, suicide, and a fatal car crash. It's seriously a lot but it's well done and honestly should be a whole we drama or something. Thank you for your reaction to CIX. 💕✨ The song itself has a storyline and was made based on the Italian classic, Dante's Devine Comedy. There is a theory that those members are suffering in different levels of hell (yes, refer to a mastepiece, Infreno) from what they did in the chapter two (the former mini album which talks about social issues, such as bully and suicide) and education pressure, good stuff, please check them out) As you mentioned your theory, I also personally agree with you that this song is deep and has double meanings which implied their (those three members) pasts. Their debut MV Movie Star and Japanese released, Revival are also worth checking out. You might like them. 🥰
