So sorry Matt for your loss. I found that the best way to honour the memory of someone you love is to plant something that reminds you of them. My mum was a chain smoker so I planted a tobacco plant when she passed away and it makes me smile. ❤

Matt...im so sorry to hear about your loss. Elliot, meat can be high in sodium and preservatives. soup is also high in sodium. i dont go ovrr 500mg of sodium per day. i also eat meat every other day. Glad you are paying attention to daily bp.

Elliott , Because you been eating less sugar and salt , When you do have a treat now , Does it taste much sweeter and saltier than before ? I stopped sugar in my tea for years , but when i accidentally drink a cup of sweetened tea now , it tastes so vile lol
