thank you for the explication , im here mainly to understand why the apple have that white spot how come she reflect all colors specularly at that point ,im a begginer in physics i didnt understand the formulas... but i uderstand that you based your explanation on the wax on it . but you can notice the same phenomenon without the wax , for example a tomato shine the same way without being coverd with wax , if you know why this happens can you explain it to me or explain it in a video id be much greatful for that . and wish for you best

Right, it doesn't have to be wax -- the skin itself could be shiny and reflect some of the light specularly. The light that's reflected off of the surface doesn't penetrate far enough to hit the pigments, which absorb the shorter (non-red) wavelengths.
