I’ve had fun reading all the different takes about that final set! Here is a better clarification on my thoughts now that I’m less tilted: A main counter I’m seeing is that I play Scorpion + Ferra which is arguably just as annoying/cheap - Which I would agree! I’m a Scorpion loyalist and thankful my character is strong haha. ​​⁠I’m here for both sides of this take though. Scorpion + Ferra is annoying and cheap, but still plays the game the same fundamentally as other characters. It’s a standard gameplan behind great tools. He gets resets, mixups, and lots of damage off everything, plus b3 is annoying to deal with unless you or your characters are great in the air which is its counter. Omni Man + Jax is worse than Scorpion + Ferra but can play the game so unconventional compared to 99% of other teams that it is super annoying and can feel very cheap because you end up with little matchup knowledge against it and you don’t play the same fundamental game in terms of taking your turns, respecting frame data, etc.

I've played an Omni Man/Jax team just like that. They're always toxic too. Dude did Fatal Blow on Finish Him screen. Guy I fought was talking trash on the mic. He was saying "oh look, he's doin a youtube combo. Why don't you come up with something new?" Meanwhile he's doing no combos at all, just jumping Jax (pun intended)

I really feel like this game is fun finally. my only gripe is of course Havik. They just need to reverse his scoop. Make the meter burn launch and the regular version do the 45 frame knockdown. I think that's fair for the damage he does. And of course BUFF SUB ZERO

The 1152 lvl guy used a glitch that was present in the season 2 seasonal tower. It gave u fuck Ton of xp for characters and profile xp. It also gave u a lot of gold coins and seasonal coins. Ppl used it to max out their characters.

Hella convenient that they had the same point total (120). Nitty did that with significantly less words which says everything about his efficiency. Lux clearly had plenty filler. It’s arguable that some of it could’ve been zeros instead of 1s. First half of his second was litework and I honestly think his 47 total is too close to Nitty’s 51 in the first. Anyways, dope shit Blac. Important work for the culture.
