Watching these videos are therapeutic in a way. And it is pleasing to the eyes. It makes me feel living in America how privileged we have been by having our homes built with hardly as much artistic skill and much easier than digging and carving your whole house with bath tub pool and decorations and art on the wall included with painting in these videos. So amazing. But so exhaustive.

Do you notice that there is always a fire during and SMOKING near her projects? The smoke keeps the insects away. Just like when a Beekeeper wants to remove the hives to get to the honey they get their smokers out and puts it all over the hives. It drives the bees out. They hate the smoke. Also the material she is working with is a very dense clay/sand material with roots running through it. I supposed that prevents cave ins, and I would think if you figure Geometry and physics into it, that prevent the cave ins too.

The ground is held together mostly of natural clay which makes for very hard earth.
