By the time I had gotten a bag to place it in, she had eaten its back legs and was working towards the hips. I had to lock her in the house and drive a few miles away and place it under a bush in the woods so that it could feed other wild animals. It's nature, it happens. So yeah, my thoughts immediately went to the most likely scenario.

okay look, if you do the research, at the start of the video, the body is very stiff, thats not something a "dead" dog would do, which would be limp, and, a dog would hold the puppy by the nip of its neck, the dog held the "dead" puppy by the head, that was 99% a chew toy that was most likely mostly torn apart and no more use of it the dog only wanted the toy back, so, do your research.
