Hi Frank , here is what i think , 1) don't forget the issue here as you said is no spark 2) i don't think at this point that any of those sensor manners for time been 3) temperature sensor for exemple , i think will not prevent from starting at the beginning for exemple 4) acu when you turn on the ignition without starting goes to spot check all the sensor etc before starting and turns on fuel pump to get ready Do you hear the fuel pump coming on at all before starting ???? If yes , good chance that the ACU is still alive 5) like on motocycle if the stand is out, it won't start or crank 6) maybe an interlock switch of sorte some where that prevent start. Don't get side track , you mentionned that you have no spark !!!!!! And i doubt that all those sensors went bad all at the same time. If you have the schematic , check wiring , plug to see if all test good Bad grounds. also , check them all . Remember =. No spark. here Good luck , sorry if i made typing errors i am french person Thanks Serge (From Mtl )

Thanks, I have fuel pressure, power to both coils, sensor coil seems fine. Schematic doesn’t show anything that would stop engine from firing ie safety switch. Ecu does not throw a code when ignition is turned on. Seems odd as it should when a sensor goes bad. I am going through the book step by step and this is what I found so far. Thanks for your help, language is better than mine!

Frank i used to run a shop for an very large orchard we had lots of four wheelers and us being truck and tractor mechanics we didn’t know any better and we would use the large shop battery charger on the four wheeler‘s and it would ruin some of the electrical systems we were told by one of the ATV companies that to only use a one amp charger after we started to do that we had far less electrical problems but in our inexperience we ruined several rectifiers and stators hopefully this is not your problem just an FYI thanks for the videos MBGA

No easy way to test without being able to start it, but almost sound like a gator I worked on when the voltage regulator went out. Hope you get it figured out Frank.

I'm not current on these will ask my buddies (deere techs) but I seriously doubt all sensor failed. My guess is a ground fault or ecm is not getting proper inputs. IE. Wire harness issues. Will let ya know what I find out tomorrow.

The shop manual should show a voltage regulator somewhere in the wiring to the processor, the computer system works on 5volts, if there isn't an external regulator then it's internal and I don't know if it's a serviceable part. Your Gator dealership parts department should be able to answer that.

I plan to go step by step and test all connections, it does have a voltage regulator but I’m not sure if I can test it without the gator running. Thanks for the help.

I had an engine to quick running just as if the key had been turned off. The problem was corrected, when I poured a 4oz. cup of water in the radiator filling reservoir to cover the low water level sensor allowing it to start and run. Does your machine have a similar sensor?

What do you consider "high voltage" ? Are the sensors you're checking 3-wire or 2-wire? Which wire are you checking? I don't know anything specific about that model, but do know a thing or two about electronics. Good luck! Electrical problems are just about the worst!
@Digginok5 жыл бұрын
2 to 3 volts. Two sensosr were two wire , the air pressure sensor is 3 wire. I am using the deere manual test procedures. I may need to talk to you, I'm still learning this stuff!

Hey Frank, not sure if those have a voltage regulator or not but I have had one go out on an older ATV and took out even light bulbs. Not sure if this is any help or not.

Greetings, anyone know where the speed sensor is located on the 620i? Thank you

did u figure it out? Where is the ECU located anyway? My 620i is running rough and gas is getting into the oil so trying to figure out what to replace.
