Sometimes the passengers complain when you brake too hard too suddenly. So when you aren't sure why they complain it tends to be that or becuase you hit the slightest curb without noticing. For the brakes I found setting them to progressive in the options helps a lot. Tends to make the braking a bit softer so they won't complain as much.

These buses are now on the 96 in Bath but some still carry 349 branding which has gone to First

Is the Bus better or Omsi 2 ?

Tough choice, they both shine in different area's. The Bus graphically & OMSI for sounds & physics

I only have the Bus, so can't comment on omsi 2. From what I've read on steam, omsi 2 has a lot of stuttering even to this day. Omsi 2 is around 8 years old now and a lot of stutters. Doesn't matter if you have the most powerful pc out there. There's a lot of content you can buy and dlc still being made. And obviously community made content. The bus requires a higher end pc since it's a 1:1 scale of Berlin. It looks beautiful and even runs on ue5 with less stuttering. If you are on a lower end pc, you will struggle to run it. There are multiple lines you can run and multiple buses with many more to come. It is still in early access so it is still being worked on.

The 100% realism of OMSI2 just beats everything out there. Passengers give you *real money*, queue respectfully, don’t just walk on and not pay! Then You have the most sublime audio ever in a simulation!! You have steamed up windows, you have real heating, fans, temperatures, open windows, doors it cools down! Open roof hatches, real air pressure, refuelling, washing, announcements etc,etc the only thing wrong with OMSI2, is it was born too early. There’s not a bus sim out there that even gets close. I own Bus Sim#,Fernbus -same company as The Bus- (crap physics, no weight, garbage wheel support, rubbish AI and poor optimisation) Tourist Bus, again TML, crap support, expensive DLC, full of bugs, terrible controls - all buses have to be manually configured to work independently for a wheel. Either that or let the game do everything like a console for you. The Bus, LOTUS are all so far behind, full of bugs, poor support, bad optimisation. Look at the price of DLC for an EA title!? It’s bloody ridiculous. The steam forums are not happy.
