Oh man i want to go back to the past 14 years back to 1999 when i was 7 years old! Taichi's Agumon in Season's 1 and 2 is win. Marcus's Agumon in Season 5 was an attempt to get the old school Adventure and Adventure 02 fans to like the anime series again cuz Agumon was the main digimon for a second time.

No, actually they do have a few similar things. Like monsters being trained by kids and the letters "mon" at the end BUT smart people like you and me can see the differences. Digimon is really amazing and once you get into the story you find it even more beautiful.
