When talking about fusions, you don't need to follow exactly because your condition won't be exactly the same as the video. Just try to prioritize to build your main deck first and then fuse the extra ones to complete the missing cards.

This is the same question mentioned before, so I just copy-pasted the answers as well. Digi Jewel cards are obtainable only through fusion mutations. From the player's side, the only way to increase the chance is by fusing high level cards. The highest percentage is from fusing Ultimates, which is actually only 2% (low level Ultimates) or 3% (high level Ultimates); the rest is just a matter of luck. In the video I collected all of them by keep fusing and retrying. I think the first attempt starts at 7:23:29 and ends at 7:49:53.

That's the most RNG part of the game. Nothing could increase the chance of obtaining certain jewel card in the game. What the player could do is just keep fusing and cancelling, and hopefully lady luck is on your side. And hopefully you don't accidentally cancel what would be a new jewel card (it happened several times on my previous games and I had to wait for another looong time before the next chance appeared.)

Apokarimon will spawn at certain place after at least 10 battles (regardless of the result) from when you last beat him. When that happens, he will appear randomly in either Beginner City, Flame City, Junk City, Desert Island, Pyramid City, Sky City or Infinity Tower. There is no visual indicator in the world map so you have to check the place one by one.

After clearing main story by defeating A: - Nanimon's Quest: beat Nanimon 10 times. - Card Passwords: obtain 10 cards from Wizardmon in Sky City - Defeat 2nd generation of digi-destined kids (Davis, Keely, Cody, T.K., Kari) - Clear Desert Island - Clear Dark City Haunted Arena - Clear the first cycle of Extra Arena (Flame: Raidramon, Jungle: Halsemon, Igloo: Digmon, Pyramid: Pegasusmon, Sky: Tylomon) - Clear Jungle City Beet Arena - Clear Junk City Battle Arena - Defeat 1st generation of digi-destined kids (Tai, Sora, Mimi, Matt, Joe) except Izzy, their respective digimons (Garudamon, Lillymon, Metalgarurumon, Zudomon) except Izzy's Megakabuterimon, and the second cycle of Extra Arena (Flame: Paildramon, Jungle: Shurimon, Igloo: Submarimon, Pyramid: MagnaAngemon, Sky: Angewomon). Defeating Zudomon and Joe will unlock Izzy and Megakabuterimon as opponent. At this point my game percentage were shown at 78.9%, meaning if I beat Izzy and Megakabuterimon right away, my percentage would become 80.1%. Since your percentage is still at 77.7%, there are 2.4% difference, which equals to four unfinished events / quests. Only Veemon has three armor digivolutions whereas the other partners only have two, even those not picked in the video. At this point you've already collected all Digi-eggs, so no need to worry about this.

Hi, I’m a stuck. I chose Hawkmon as my 1st partner Patamon as my 2nd and Veemon as my 3rd partner. LadyDevimon and MarineAngemon are considered high tier Ultimate cards, so in Card Fusion you have to fuse high level cards to obtain them. Speaking of Card Fusion, there is one bugged card "WaruMonzaemon" that can easily create high level Ultimate cards even though the card itself is only low level Ultimate. Make sure to utilize it as many as possible.

Really good hand cards you have drawn against A, i wasnt that lucky. There is also a Bug if you have Wormmon as a Partner, you will not get 1 Digi Part i think its 36 if i remember it correctly its X = eat up hp something like that.

Maybe I was lucky, but the strategy should have worked in any situation. It's already known that Digi-part 037 "Eat-up HP, X Attack Power -200" can only be obtained if your partners aren't exactly a combination of Veemon, Gatomon and Wormmon. The other three partners could learn it somewhere when they level up.

I followed your guide in gamefaqs. I'm still wondering why I got lost with a 0.6% in game completion somewhere along Nanimon to Kari. I already have 100% in digi parts and cards. I'm also certain that I didn't miss the percentage in igloo city since I got the correct dialogue with BK MetalGarurumon. Do you have any wild guess on what I may have missed? I also checked the Wizardmon tricks already.

Thank you for reading the guide. What makes you sure that the missing percentage is somewhere between Nanimon and Kari? It might be from other places too. And when you mean "Kari", is it the one from main story or post game (after beating A)? Nanimon's sidequest also appears without time limit so it can be cleared either in the beginning of post game or as the last percentage to earn 100%, so the time range is very huge. It will be difficult to make a guess on this range. Anyway, so far I only noticed three percentages gained from non-battle - Talk with Gatomon in Sky City to acquire Special Fusion Data. - Obtain 10 cards from Wizardmon in Sky City. (Which you confirmed it's been done) - Talk with Omnimon to acquire the second Digi-Egg for your third partner. There are also two non-mandatory repeated Battle Arenas that yield percentage: - Jungle City Battle Arena (After beating Wormmon when he was the battle master) - Dark City Battle Arena (After beating Digimon Emperor when he was the battle master)

Obtaining cards is the only randomness factor in the game, and those Digi-jewel cards would be the hardest to be collected. The first six might be easy since they most likely come by themselves when you are trying to fuse something else, but things would start to get difficult from here, and eventually the last jewel card would be the most painful to get. Keep trying and good luck.

Counter-based decks indeed gave some trouble, but I don't think there is a difficult-to-beat NPC in the game, since by having knowledge to their decks, you can build a separate deck that's specifically effective against them. But when I played this game when I was kid, I remembered being stuck during the first visit to Igloo City, so yeah that's including Garurumon. Without looking for information / guide, I was stuck there quite a while since Ice-based Digimon have very high HP, thus giving them more time to stall until the monster evolved to Ultimate version. From there, the games went downhill for me. For this reason I had to farm cards at Flame City several times in order to have better cards in the deck.

Are you sure you have followed the right sequence between Wiseman Tower and Infinity Tower? During that moment there are a lot of back and forth between these two places. I don't think there is any special requirement for unlocking Diaboromon.

Hi, any ideas how to get Apokarimon to spawn so I can beat him and get his card? I have already defeated him in Infinity Tower Battle Arena. Have also defeated Imperialdramon, Valkyrimon, Vikemon, and BKMetalGarurumon in their respective Extra/Battle Arenas. From what I found Googling (of which your video was one of them haha), his first appearance in a cafe would definitely be in Infinity Tower? Or should I check the other cafes that he's known to appear in too? Also, from my understanding, it seems that once he's triggered to appear in the cafe (I assume when you have a certain number of wins, from what I can tell?), he will appear and stay in the cafe (as opposed to Nanimon, whom you would have to leave and reenter the cafe repeatedly until he shows up)? Thanks! Edit: I camped at Infinity Tower Battle Cafe, defeated someone once, left, re-entered, checked to see if Apokarimon is there, rinsed and repeated, and he showed up after three wins 😆

This is actually one of the mysteries that I still can't find the answer. After defeating Apokarimon in Infinity Tower Battle Arena, what I have learned about the condition to spawn Apokarimon in Battle Cafe is to "do 10 battles (regardless of result)" after the previous encounter with him in Battle Cafe. However, the condition to guarantee spawn him for the first time is still unknown. Someone actually researched and speculated that for the first encounter, it should be "win 10 battles", however not all opponents will increase the "win counter" after being defeated. In the video I fought Apokarimon in Battle Arena as battle #234, and later managed to spawn him in Battle Cafe and fought him as battle #255. Between these two battles I dueled: #235 - #239 Piedmon (to obtain Dark Sevens) #240 Piximon (to obtain Speed Sevens) #241 - #243 Flame City Extra Arena (Paildramon, Magnamon, Imperialdramon) #244 - #248 Imperialdramon (to obtain Wild Sevens) #249 - #251 Jungle City Extra Arena (Shurimon, Sylphymon, Valkyrimon) #252 - #254 Igloo City Extra Arena (Submarimon, Shakkoumon, Vikemon) If the speculation mentioned above were true, then among these 20 battles, 10 wins were the true trigger whereas the other 10 were the false trigger. Note that I technically dueled 11 unique opponents on those 20 battles, so one may argue that the criteria could be "win 10 battles from 10 different opponents," but this criteria was proven not the correct one, because based on the research, one opponent who met the criteria could be defeated 10 times and Apokarimon will still spawn, whereas the other opponent would never spawn Apokarimon even though they were defeated more than 10 times. To answer your other questions: Yes, the first spawn is always in Infinity Tower, but the next spawn is randomly chosen between - Beginner City - Flame City - Junk City - Desert Island - Pyramid City - Sky City - Infinity Tower And yes, once he spawns, he remains in that Battle Cafe until you duel him. So it's possible to save the game first before beating him, and reload if he doesn't give you the Apokarimon card as special reward.

Can u miss a quest? Yes, but based on my game, only for one missable quest. There are only two missable checkpoints as you progress through the game; both are located in Igloo City; in more specific word, Igloo City Battle Arena, as the opponents are permanently updated twice; so it becomes impossible to fight two prior sets of opponents there. Other than that, clearing the other quests could be done in any order. Because at some points it becomes impossible to make progress unless you clear the remaining available quests. Going out of order as mentioned in my walkthrough won't affect your 100% attempt; only the missable quest mentioned above.

There is one missable percentage in the game, and it has several requirements: - The first requirement is near the beginning of main story by clearing Igloo City Battle Arena after Garurumon has been freed from Digimon Emperor's spell. After clearing the first unique arena with Stingmon as battle master, battle arena will be locked. At this point, talking with Garurumon reveals that he will give you the passcode to the next city but only if you defeat him one more time (without being controlled by anyone) at Battle Cafe. Done that, and now you can go to Junk City to proceed with main story, as well as the reopening of Battle Arena. At this point there is nothing to prevent you to go to Junk City immediately, so some players are very likely to miss the arena. Moreover, there is no percentage gained from clearing the arena, hence some players might find it unnecessary to be done. However, this event could be delayed for quite long time until around the beginning-to-mid of post-game (after beating A). - The end period of the previous point will mark the beginning of the second requirement. After following the story and beating the necessary opponents, you'll arrive at Igloo City again with its battle arena is once again locked. At this point, your objective is to defeat MetalGarurumon and Matt, as well as clearing Extra Arena with Submarimon as battle master. After beating MetalGarurumon at the Battle Cafe, the battle arena is once again reopened, but this time MetalGarurumon becomes the new battle master. Likewise the previous point, there is no indication in the game that the newly-opened battle arena should be cleared. And once again, there is no percentage gained from clearing the arena, hence some players might find it unnecessary to be done. This event could also be delayed up until near the end game, but it's better to be cleared as soon as possible. - The third checkpoint and true percentage is triggered after beating Apokarimon near the end of post-game. After beating Apokarimon and scoring at least 200 wins, visiting Igloo City will reveal that its battle arena is once again locked. At this point, before even visiting Battle Cafe, if you have done the previous two requirements mentioned above, the game will register your effort and immediately add 0.6% to your game percentage (my percentage was raised from 95.1% at 9:00:50 to 95.7% at 9:01:06.) The reason is revealed after visiting Battle Cafe. There, you'll find BKMetalGarurumon as new opponent. If you have done the previous two points, BKMetalGarurumon will immediately recognize you and eager to fight you at the Battle Arena. If you miss any of the two requirements, BKMetalGarurumon will simply introduce himself as new battle master and challenge you there. The game proceeds normally from there and you could simply finish whatever events you have skipped before. Even if you skip a lot of events and let's say at 50% at this point, but it's confirmed that you have obtained that missable 0.6%, then it's just a matter of finding the missing events to eventually finish the game at 100%. If you miss any of the requirements then your game percentage will be stuck at 99.3% after clearing all remaining events.

How u got ALL cards

Almost all cards are obtainable through normal and special fusions so it's just a matter of fusing cards. Only one monster card #103 Apokarimon can't be obtained through fusions; it's only obtainable from beating Apokarimon who has a chance to spawn randomly at certain location after every ten battles. Partner cards will be obtained when you get the digi-eggs of your partner. Cards belong to partner that you didn't pick will be obtained as you beat certain card player six times (except Davis if you didn't pick Veemon, which requires nine times). Digi-Jewel cards can be obtained through fusions too, although the chance of it happening is very small. This is perhaps the hardest objective in the entire game, so cross your fingers and hope the game give you the necessary cards. Sevens cards, #292 Rosemon's Lure and #293 Download Digivolve can't be obtained through fusions but they are obtainable by beating certain card players. No card is missable in the game. Even if you have reached the end of game and somehow still collect 10% or 20% cards, you can still play to collect all of the remaining cards. So it's just a matter of time.

When I was kid, I loved to deck out my opponent. Everything on my deck was deck crusher, and most of the time I won 1 - 0 because my opponent couldn't summon the second monster. But nowadays I don't use it because this strategy takes time (definitely a lot of time). Burst strategy is way faster, especially for 100%ing this game as fast as possible.

Yes, the game is 100% legit without any forms of cheating, and the strategy is perfectly replicatable except for the randomness factor of collecting cards. But I know the feeling. When I was kid, I also spent like hundreds of hours until 999 wins and still failed to achieve 100%. And I also played several times, both on the console and emulator, before eventually managed to best the game on this attempt.

Yellow card has the most op support... because it easily obtainable early game...

Every card has their own strengths and weaknesses. Yellow cards' supports are sometimes unique but fancy, so only a handful of cards are useful. Anyway, speaking of obtainability, the first five cities after Beginner City represent each element used in the game, so farming a certain type of cards could be done by repeatedly winning the arena in that city. In other words, every type has the same chance of obtainability, in my opinion.

@@zeo3023 i mean they're easy in term of rarity of card... most best support are level R... which easily to obtain... compared to better option card like hacking... Haha, bud you can't deny it bud... Those toyagumon variant definately a must in deck... even againts A, toyagumon its like god killer...

Hacking (and Cherrymon's Mist) is actually considered a high level option card, even though its position is way lower than it should be. Therefore, do not expect it to appear sooner except if you farm cards many times during early game. ToyAgumon is indeed useful against A, but probably not against other players since encountering someone who could summon Ultimate at the beginning of battle almost never happens. So yeah, having yellow cards as supports really depends on your deck strategy. Anyway, there are other strategies to beat A such as Data Copy and/or Saberdramon Crash tactic, and ToyAgumon, if I remembered correctly, is not incorporated into the deck, although nothing prevents it from being used.

This game was played in one session but I didn't say this was accomplished in one day. It was possible thanks to the rerecording software that allowed me to record the entire game later after finishing it. In-game time is indeed more than 22 hours but in real time it was almost one month due to a lot of backtracking and retrying different combinations.

I don't think I'll play Yu-Gi-Oh in the near future. When recording a game I would like to achieve 100% whenever possible, but cards collection in Forbidden Memories is way too many, almost no strategy required to advance main story, and a lot of farming / repetitions for collecting cards.

If the AI uses the "correct" method then probably yes. With 4 Download Digivolves in the deck, he will be able to summon at least one or two proper Ultimates, and thanks to Reverse Sevens card, he can discard a few hands just to get a better hand. But then, since you know what strategy he is using, you can build a certain deck that counters his Ultimate tactics. Leomon, Hacking, or even Silver Ball are few of the options.

That's too bad. One quest actually equals to 0.6%, meaning your game only misses two quests. There is only one missable percentage in the game, which will bring the game to a maximum of 99.3%. Any other quests will be available forever, meaning you can at least try to reach 99.3% by completing one more quest. Most of the percentages come from defeating certain opponents, but there are also some percentages acquired without defeating opponents (card password and collecting certain items.) Anyway, 98.7% is a pretty good score. It's okay to stop for now; at least you have earned the experience. A few months or years later; when having a nostalgia again, the experience will help you to achieve 100% that time.

Spoiler alert: In short, you have to clear Igloo City Battle Arena when Garurumon is the battle master, and then once again when MetalGarurumon is the battle master. Unlike most of the duels, these two flags don't generate any percentage after being cleared, so some people may think it's not worth the effort and then skip the arena. That's a big mistake. Later on, when the condition has been fulfilled (win 200 battles) BKMetalGarurumon will become the final and permanent battle master in the arena. If you have cleared the previous two flags, you will gain the hidden percentage by simply visiting Igloo City before you meet BKMetalGarurumon when he introduces himself as the new battle master.

Yes for the end of main story. But then there are still a lot of post-game contents. Even if you complete everything possible until the end of main story, your game percentage would be only around 46.9%.
