BT18-Lucemon is underperforming in Japan, so much so that I don’t think the hype price is valid nor will it stick around much more. People will still be collecting 7GDL alts for the time being, because it’s THE new thing to collect right now. But after BT17 drops we will have new things to collect and a Paladin mode Ace that completely shuts down 7GDL. After that I think the Lucemon price will crumble.

With the recent meta report, players aren't really using new bt 18 stuff, because Grand Prix tournament grind, they are using what worked, and not testing new stuff

@@YaBoiJS thats a little cope. Do you know how much advantage youd have from playing a new deck thats good versus an old good deck everyone knows about? I think the truth is a little more that 90% of the cards in bt18 support the two hybrid soup decks that are not very good

Exactly and i just mentioned that lucemon chaos mode from bt18 is a better staple unlike the ex6 one which is more related to lucemon and 7gdl which are two decks that are underperforming, give people time to realize it’s overhyped.

@@captingamer29 Japan is well known for new deck syndrome so even if there wasn't a tournament or something they still probably would be using older decks they know work over new cards they probably haven't tested out yet

A shop we don’t get more than 3 cases now. These players still want boxes for 80 or below that’s not possible. We use to sale Them at 80-85 when we would get 10 cases . We just don’t get allocated that much anymore.

Cherubimon sr is like 2$ less than the alt art its way overpriced. Like its a cool super rare but its not a 4 of even in the meme decks that play it.

Spoiler alert the lucemon deck isn’t that good in bt18 it’s just the hype similar to 7gdl, as for lucemon chaos mode ex6 being a staple well… no, the one from bt18 does the same first effect and the second effect is way better as a staple, so expect the ex6 one to drop not very soon but when people realize the overhype.

Pillomon, Ruin Mode and Valk Ace shut that deck down it’s fun but most “staples” make that deck not all that great.
