Android "sticks" are rare these days, but I recently purchased the X96s with Android 9 and a handheld wireless keyboard / trackpad combo and my results are mixed (but mostly good). I was able to install the kiosk and dropbox sync programs, but I was surprised how many apps weren't available in the play store for some reason. It isn't the snappiest responding device but for it's intended use it is fine. Picture transitions are smooth in the Kiosk program. The Android widgets I was able to install worked in Kiosk. Also, in the kiosk program there is a built in option to sync files with Google Drive eliminating the need for Dropbox, but I did also try a Dropbox sync program and that worked as well. In general ... it works!

Great video! I learned a ton. It is exactly what my church needs. A suggestion would be to use a tripod for the video. Got a bit dizzy with the motion. Other than that, some very useful information.

I second the question, what software was used to create your content. You mention you're a mac guy, so I'm assuming you're using a mac application?

So, the presentation was done with that Kiosk app. BUT the actual videos being shown in the presentation are created using Render Forest. It's an online "app" that creates for you. Check them out.

joeklln not sure of the model and am not near it right now. I believe any model would work as long as its an android device capable of running google apps.

Yes, but just doesn't have the other features I mention like being able to update content remotely.

@@RenanFranciscoMelo Yes, you do not need wifi for the android stick to operate. So if you pre load the stick then it works fine stand alone of internet connection.

I bought a Asus Chromebit, but sadly after 2 days of trying, I can't get it to run Apps. It's on the "waiting list" for that, very critical, feature.
