Dr. Mamun’s commitment to innovation is evident in his esteemed position as Chief Innovation Officer at the MOFA in Bangladesh. Beyond diplomacy, he is an accomplished author, credited with the publication "Blockchains: Gaming and Collusion - A Reading in Political Economy."
