Hi! I have a question with one issue: For some reason, the printing stops half-way and it says there is an Unknown Error. I have tried it with various softwares and it works fine on everything else like Photoshop, it seems to just be with this one, so it is not a printer issue. It has been consistent each time. Also, how do you get the white overlay to match the shape of the image, and not just cover the whole page in white? Thanks!

I need help. White is not printing. I thought the printer was stopped up so I spent days cleaning and then just went out and bought another Epson 8550 printer and converted it. It's the program, not the printer. Please help.

I watch the video and own a p800 and i'm having issues with the white printing on images. I have done color test with the colors and white and they all print, but having to make at least 3 passes with the white and still can't get it working. Is there something I'm missing in the program>

Hello. I use your product on a Epson L1800 and when on A3 it only prints like 30 centimeters vertically and then spits out the paper leaving the design only 3/4 made. It is set to A3 sheet running on windows 11. Kindly, can you please let me know what do I do wrong? Thank you!

Hi! I Tried out tha coverage underbase settings and it printed out the white layer beside. I have checked so the compability is off but it stills print the white beside. I have searched without finding any other reason to why. Can you please help me?

Using the Epson 15000, how do you get it to draw the white ink evenly from both the red and grey cartridges? It is only taking the white from the red cartridge.

I have a converted Epson ET 8550 printer and I have had nothing but problems with this RIP software. Repeated paper jams and other issues only happen when printing from this Rip software.😪

Doing these things live is always a bad idea. I have to sit through 90mins of terrible audio and jumpy video. In my opinion it would be far superior if you just record a video
