Actually I am also a content creator from the past 2 years... I have observed that audience retention is very much difficult. Generally longer video end up doing more harm as it affects our channel rating if watch time is not good.

you can try simplenote(free crossplatform) and one note for heavy usage. yousing apple apps never give you chance use smth new
