Visitors with valid passport and visa (at least valid for 6 more months) can travel to Canada at any time, given that there are no other restrictions or conditions imposed by the Government.

No specific criteria has been released by the IRCC yet, but technically this scheme is for remote IT sector workers, who can continue to work for their employers (remotely) while they are traveling or living in Canada.
