One year ago, I was inspired by this video. Three months ago I worked as digital nomad in the office from this video :) Unbelieveable. Once viewer, now member of community

Fascinating. One should notice, though, that this video is not a documentary. it's a commercial.

This would be a dream come true. I'm a stay at home mom and its finally getting to. I've been a full time mommy for 3 years and I'm starting to realize I want to explore the world with my girls and have my husband spend more time with me. I just need to find the right company that's willing to hire me despite having my kiddos around.

Liked one of the last interviews about the responsabilities of digital nomads. It's important to understand how all of this is possible and on which systems digital nomads are dependant to exist.

This documentary provides food for thought. I am glad to see it answer so many questions. A lot of people in my generation look at things like this and ask "Why"? To me, if that's a question that you must ask, you'll probably never be able to under the answer. Thanks for showing not only the "why" but the "how".
@2geeks1city8 жыл бұрын
Thanks a lot for your comments Gayle! We agree, if someone needs to ask "why?", is (probably) because they don't understand the need.

Good documentary, much better than the news piece I saw on it. Question...Is there a downside with it getting so popular?
@briansykes28064 жыл бұрын
Business people, musicians and sports people have been travelling regularly for a long, long time. The income made has to pay expenses. Most of the people in this video are in their 20s, and may be happy living in a house with ten other people. Someone aged 60 will probably not want to live in this kind of accommodation, and so although they travel, their living costs will be higher.

Hi (Hola?) +José Huertas, It is good, but also tough. We tried to reflex that part also: it is not too good to be true. It looks super-cool, but you also can feel lonely and miss a lot of things. But, as everything in life, has a lot of positive aspects.

the one word that will kill most wannabe's "work" Don't do this unless you have your own revenue source, depending on someone else for a pay check is the last thing any digital nomad should do.

Unwatchable since the background sound is twice the volume of the talking.

Still trying to figure a way to work from a computer so I can live wherever I want... Sad thing is that growing in a country like Brazil, which "cripples" your mind since your birth, I can't even think of a way of work remotely so I could be able to be where I want when I want.

Really? Sorry to hear that, I was superproud of the music (which is by Kai Engel, I just mixed it)... Currently I am editing another video and still did not add the soundtrack. What do you think was the problem? Is it too loud? Too distracting?
@rapazinteligente65128 жыл бұрын
+Iván Fanego I couldn't really understand what they were saying at times, distracted by the soundtrack

Digital nomad movement is run by scam artists pitching BS as a way to get you to leave your life and relocate to a place where you will be dependent on them and their ebooks and coaching. The ring leaders of this scam are JohnnyFD, Chis the Freelancer, Riley and others. They are all scam artists. Beware. Oh and if you are caught working in Thailand even online without a work visa you will be deported and could face up to 5 years in prison. Dont listen to people who post vids wanting views for ad money for info. I live in Thailand and I know how things work. If you listen to these douche bag nomads you would end up in a Thai prison or even dead.
