Hello everyone. So this is it. It's been quite the fun ride, isn't it? It's nice how I started out as just some random guy who uploaded his fan-made extended version of Happy Hour's "Give Me Heart & Soul", then started uploading lost official extended versions of Eurobeat songs, then did requests, and then got this... much subscribers. I was shocked, how I managed to have 245 subscribers when my main channel Francis 765 only has 174 (I'm not saying it's bad, but just wow), It's really an amazing sight to see. The reason why I started this channel is because I wanted to show my love for Eurobeat, as it is a very close part of my childhood, and also because Initial D is the first anime I've watched as a kid growing up and is my favorite anime. I have been a general Eurobeat listener for a long time, but for sure many people have gone longer than me. At this point, as I have previously stated, this is the final song of the channel, and that at this point I want to focus on my main channel going forward. I will still keep track of whatever is going on here in this channel, however I will not be active and I won't be replying to many comments and questions anymore. If this channel might get striked by Avex then I need to do what's right to preserve it. Once again, thank you to all those who have been following me and this channel, to all subscribers, to all those who requested, and of course... You, for watching this video. See you in my main channel! Bye!

Nice to end with a digital planet song....All of his songs contain a level of feeling that most eurobeat artists just don't have, he isn't my favorite, but he's close, my favorite would either have to be Powerful T, or Neo.

I got to find your channel via the algorithm and man, your type of eurobeat is exactly what made me enjoy it in general.

Lyrics: Digital Planet - A New Day I can believe in you, shine and bright new life And I wanna feel all my world I can believe it again, in your love I'm afraid of my life, today Wake me again in the mid of the night For ever & ever Wait for your love Everyday A new day Tomorrow I can believe in your eyes Is your day again We fly into the sunrise A new day Tomorrow You can believe in my eyes Is my day again We fly into the sun I can believe in your smile so full of joy Wanna share with you all my time I really need you today, you're my sun I am ready to go away... (with you) Credits: Eurobeat-Prime website for lyrics.

I didn't actually know the backstory of Digital Planet's involvement with SEB and his hiatus that was mentioned in the description, however I do agree with you that there really is a farewell vibe to it. Here's what I commented on another post on this song: "The starting melody in my opinion gives off a feeling that a long and emotional story has finally met it's conclusion, and the whole song after it is as if someone is remembering previous events before being led to this "conclusion". The drop to me signifies one last burst of strength and happiness, given it is in a way more powerful and upbeat than the other parts of the song. The starting melody returning after the second chorus feels as if the abovementioned person returns to the present, recounts his past and as the song begins to kicks in he comes to terms with it and the position he is in at that present moment, and the last part of the song is his final conclusion to the story before it all ends, the final piece of the puzzle and last burst of determination and happiness in regards to the story." Frankly, this song is nothing short of one of the best SEB songs for the emotions it truly can wring out and reflect. The song is perfectly lengthed in such a way that a story can be brought out of it, and yet it is fast-paced enough that it can still be respected as Eurobeat. The story of Digital Planet vanishing and reappearing with this final track just makes the vibe all the more convincing. I only found this channel a few months back, and to see it end is unfortunate. However, I'd like to thank you for the new songs or extended mixes that I found and enjoyed. This song is a perfect way to conclude matters, and I'm glad that you picked this masterpiece to end off over a year of contributions to the Super Eurobeat community.

I believe I've seen your comment on that other A New Day video, and to be honest I felt quite emotional reading that. It really feels like the perfect conclusion song, especially from a great artist as him. I agree with everything that you've said, this song just gives that really special feeling, and yes, this is the song that first came to mind for the last song of my channel. Thank you very much for the kind words, and I wish you have a good day my fellow listener. I'm glad to see a fan that really emphasizes this song perfectly and emotionally.

Your analogy really makes it sound as if this song is suitable as a concluding song in a show or in a more grim way, life. The silence in the end is more deafening when I think of this analogy in conjunction to the song. The song fading away and 20 seconds of complete silence really makes it feel that the story that you speak of has ended, and what you see is what remains to it. Nothing, as its ultimately concluded, from the last bit of strength and acceptance that this character lays out. But on a lighter note, this 20 seconds of complete silence is more likely a way for avid SEB listeners to think back on all of the songs that Digital Planet has released, all that has lead up to this very song. Exactly like you said, recounting the past.
