For me the most difficult are the word in context; because my vocabulary is the worst ever. Also, the vocabulary affect other categories of the R&W and sometimes even math.

When you surround something with comas, it means that the thing or the context INside the commas is non-essential information. In this case, the name of the person IS essential information.

I believe there is a mistake on the 10:25 mark regarding the comma placement questions. Charles Babbage is an appositive and thus the answer should've been *A*. Please anyone who can elaborate more which is the right answer

Because Babbage is used later in the paragraph, Charles Babbage is essential to the sentence which means B is correct.
