Digital Tach install for Honda HRX217 Lawn Mower

Great idea. I did the same thing to mine. I noticed right out of the box that the max speed is the same as 2 clicks down on my drive control speed dial control. That tells me that the max speed should be faster than what it is doing right now. To make the wheels go faster, do I need to adjust the drive cable using the jam nut adjuster right along the handlebar or do I adjust the governor for faster RPM for faster wheels? I don't see a KZbin video on how to make the wheels go faster, all I see is how to make the blade and engine's RPM's faster. Thank you for your help.
