I found it! HAHAHAHA! IT'S FINALLY MINE! The details I noticed to get it to spawn: Driving an older-style muscle car (Buccaneer, Vigero, Phoenix, etc. I was driving a Buccaneer) around Sandy Shores, and on the drive up there from LS, the vehicles spawning in traffic included the Sultan and Futo. That last detail, I believe, being the most important, as GTA's traffic has always been cyclical and picky about when things spawn.

I’ve had this build for months and waiting for a movie/tv show car show me and my mates had time to attend because we’ve used the character customisation and clothing to make our characters look exactly like walt Jessie and saul, only sad thing is I wouldn’t be able to bring Walt’s Chrysler because they haven’t realised one yet

Off Topic: I didn't even realize when R* added Contact Mission Option in Map Blip Options which hides almost every annoying Yellow Big Letter on the Map. Only the D from The Dax Story Missions can't be removed but maybe it can be in the Future (maybe same applies for the LD from Lamar Missions but at least there it is possible to get rid off it). I want my Map clean but 1 Letter on the Map is acceptable at the Moment.
