SAA-C03 | Exam Tips for the AWS Solutions Architect Associate

I passed SAA-C03 on 12 November. There was only one question on the newer analytics/ ML services - a question about extracting meaning from medical documents - and for me it was the easiest question on the exam. Redshift came up in the options for a few questions but I think there was only one where it was the right answer. There were 2 or 3 questions on DynamoDB I found tricky, asking about features which I'm not sure were covered in the course (I may be wrong), and DynamoDB comes up a lot in answer options. Other than that I recall there was a lot on S3, a lot on solutions featuring Lambda particularly with SQS or SNS and Kinesis, 2-3 questions on VPC endpoints, one question where you had to interpret an IAM policy document, not much on EFS or FSx or ECS, only one or Orgs and one on management (Config vs Trusted Advisor). There were also at least 3 questions I recognised directly from Neal's practice exams ( I did two practice exams). Overall I highly rate Neal's course and think it was a great prep for the exam.

I just passed yesterday the SAA-C03. Yeah, definite need to add a a few things to update the course as you mentioned. But for the most part, your information is good. I would only suggest people do hands on as much as possible to actually grasp the concepts.

I got all 3 certs: practitioner, associates and professional in Solutions architecture. I want to be a solutions architect in the long run, but do I start out/look for a cloud engineer jobs first the. Work my way up to architect ? I have done a decent amount of projects and hands on experience.

Hey man, why do you skip some vital information? How would application data be synchronized between instances in case of scaling? If there is a SQL database in one instance and a request is routed to that instance and a CRUD operation happens. The data will persist in that particular instance ,but how would that data synchronize between instances
