Today's guest on the Unfolding Talents podcast is the one and only Biswapti Sarkar, India's first web show writer. He is also the writer for web series such as Netflix's Kaala Paani, TVF Pitchers and Permanent Roommates and films like Jaadugar and Fighter. He has spoken about his journey from IIT Kharagpur to becoming a writer and producer of some of the best shows in India. He also shares his tips for aspiring writers and his writing philosophy and creative process.

Most people don't know that, 'Indian Chinese' was developed in Calcutta...Long back, becoz...Kolkata used to be the refuge for Chinese militaries during the China-Japan conflict. Also it houses the first China Town in India, which is still a home to thousands of chinese people living for generations back in Calcutta. Thus the Indian Chinese, the...spiced up versions of chinese dishes..like chilli chicken, manchurian , butter garlic etc were developed in Calcutta only that too centuries back.
