Started by breaking down, we got on, got back row, I sat left seat on back, I cannot describe what happened on the zero-g roll with this language, I was not even within the restraint, and then I came off and whacked my head off the last step coming off, now I have a massive bruise on my forehead and a massive scab on my right elbow.
