id say James hype is perhaps the most relatable to my situation. Trying to make the leap from open format to House/dance music. But being a full time dj( 6+ gigs weekly) that pay GREAT. the idea of stepping away from it ALL and just going for it with bills, car , lifestyle etc is nerve racking lol. decisions...decisions..

You know, even having been blown away by his skills when I saw him on a 360 video, I'm still not sure his DJ style is really for me. Don't get me wrong, he's brilliant and I love some of the music he's made too, it's just a personal taste thing. What I love more than his technical ability, though, is his personality. On that 360 video I mentioned, he made a point of thanking the crowd and letting them know he'd be hanging out after and he also comes across as pretty humble in this interview. Just love that, even with his head in the clouds with the "DJ Gods", it looks like his feet are still firmly on the ground. More power to him....hope he has many years at the top, he deserves them! 😃
